Domestic shipping

Thank you for shopping at Local Kidz Crew LLC.  We are excited to have you be a part of our Local Kidz crew family.  Here are our terms and conditions for  our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the lower 48 continental United States. Email us and we can give you a quote

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We are currently not offering International Shipping at this time.

returns & exchanges

Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at localkidzcrew@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, You will be responsible for return shipping cost. we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

damaged or faulty goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are no-returnable.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
